I agree to the following terms and conditions, legally bonding to me:

1. My organization will abide by the mission, rules, regulations, and programs at Pitzer’s Paws, while my organization is volunteering.
2. My organization member’s, as well as myself, will not engage in any unsafe, illegal, or unethical activities while acting as a Pitzer’s Paws volunteer.
3. As condition of volunteering, which I acknowledge to be adequate consideration, I also agree to enter an additional confidentiality agreement as well as a waiver of liability with this volunteer agreement.

The above conditions have been reviewed by me and I understand that failing to uphold them is sufficient grounds for Pitzer’s Paws to request and implement my organization’s removal as volunteers.

1. Confidential information should only be shared with those inside the organization whose job require them to have access to the information or when the law requires or protects the release if such information.
2. Employees or Volunteers should not disclose sensitive or non-public information to people outside of the organization or discuss it in public places.
3. Documents containing sensitive information–including information stored on computer systems–should be handled carefully and must be properly stored.

I have read and understand the above and agree to comply with Pitzer’s Paws confidentiality agreement.

1. I recognize that while my organization is performing services in a voluntary capacity in handling animals there may be a risk of injury. On behalf of myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives hereby release and hold harmless Pitzer’s Paws, its CEO and employees from any and all claims, causes of action demand of any nature or cause connected to our volunteer service.
2. I hold Pitzer’s Paws harmless for any and all damages to my or my organization member’s personal property while performing volunteer services.

I acknowledge that I have and fully understand the terms and conditions of the foregoing liability release waiver.
